It is centered around a four-column hydraulic press with a nominal pressure of 3,150 kN (315 tons), integrating processes such as coil unwinding, leveling, blanking, hot forming, quenching, and surface treatment in a sequential configuration.1. High adaptability and multi-functionality: The 315-ton rated pressure precisely matches the load required for shovel stretch forming. By changing dies, the system can produce a variety of agricultural tools, including pointed shovels, square shovels, heavy-duty engineering shovels, pitchforks, and hoes, eliminating the need to purchase multiple machines and reducing equipment investment costs.

Low consumption, stable operation, and long service life: The integrated cartridge valve hydraulic system features a streamlined oil circuit, resulting in an oil leakage failure rate far lower than that of traditional split-valve equipment. Combined with high-quality sealing components that withstand high temperatures and pressures, the machine can operate continuously for 24 hours. The service life of wear-prone components such as the columns and cylinders can reach over 8 years.
