Product Introduction
Composite manhole cover hydraulic presses, also known as BMC/SMC composite material hot-press hydraulic presses, are specialized hot-press molding machines for producing resin-composite manhole covers and cable trench covers. They typically feature a three-beam, four-column structure and rely on a hydraulic system to generate high pressure. In conjunction with heated molds, these presses cure and mold BMC and SMC glass-fiber-reinforced resin pellets under high temperature and pressure. They are widely used in the production of composite manhole covers for municipal sewage, stormwater, power, and telecommunications systems.
Key Features of the Equipment: Stable pressure, long-lasting pressure retention, high product density, and consistent manhole cover strength;
PLC-programmable with adjustable pressure, temperature, and pressure-holding time to accommodate different BMC/SMC raw materials;
Independent temperature control for upper and lower molds ensures high precision and reduces demolding defects;
Equipped with a venting function to eliminate air bubbles during the compression molding of composite materials;
Rigid machine frame with four-column guidance ensures high clamping precision and minimal flash on products;
Versatile machine: In addition to composite manhole covers, it can also produce cable trench covers, FRP components, SMC products, and more.
