Centered on a heavy-duty 500-ton four-column hydraulic press, the full line is equipped with powder mixer, automatic feeding conveyor and demolding unit, with optional automatic packaging system. Salt powder, trace elements and binders are blended by formula and fed into moulds automatically. High pressure compacts the mixture into solid blocks in one cycle. Finished salt blocks feature consistent density and firm texture, resisting breakage during transport. Their controllable dissolution rate meets the daily mineral supplement needs of cattle and sheep.
The machine adopts PLC touchscreen control. Operators can adjust pressure and holding time for different formulas and save multiple recipes for quick recall. The robust four-column frame withstands eccentric load and maintains stable pressure during long continuous runs. Moulds are easy to swap, supporting square salt blocks of 2.5kg, 5kg,10kg and custom embossed logos. Dust containment design improves workshop conditions, while safety light curtains and overload protection protect operators and equipment.
