Description
The 1000T three-beam and four-column hydraulic press is used by customers to press the wheel hub forming process. It adopts a computer-optimized three-beam and four-column structure. It uses a PLC programmable controller to realize automatic control through programming.
The equipment is equipped with a touch screen operation interface, which can intuitively check the status of the equipment. Operating parameters and process data.
The equipment is equipped with a buffer cylinder, which can provide effective buffering and support during the pressing process, reduce vibration and noise, and improve the stability of the equipment and the quality of pressing.
The air-cooling fan cooling system effectively reduces the oil temperature, and the workbench is equipped with blanking holes to facilitate the rapid discharge of pressed workpieces.
