Description
The 1,500-ton carbon fiber forming hot press hydraulic press is used for hot press forming of carbon fiber materials.
It uses hydraulic principles to press and shape carbon fiber materials through high pressure and high temperature. It is widely used in aerospace, automobile manufacturing, sporting goods and other fields.
It is mainly based on hydraulic transmission and hot pressing forming technology. During the hot pressing process, the carbon fiber material is first put into the mold, and then the hydraulic press is started to press the material on the mold through high pressure. At the same time, the heating system starts to work to bring the mold and material to the required temperature, thereby achieving hot press molding.
