Description
The 800-ton saggar molding hydraulic press adopts a four-beam and four-column structure, featuring high pressure, fast speed, and high efficiency. The equipment is capable of one-time hot pressing molding and is suitable for pressing saggar products.
The columns are made of 45# steel and undergo surface treatment and hard chromium plating to enhance wear resistance and durability. It employs numerical control PLC fully automatic control and a touch screen operation interface, boasting high technological content and convenient operation. The four-column guidance structure ensures that the pressed graphite saggar has high compactness and is not easily broken. By changing molds, various specifications of saggar products can be produced.
It is widely used in the production field of graphite saggars. Graphite saggars are characterized by high density, high temperature resistance, and oxidation resistance, and are commonly used as containers for loading materials during high-temperature sintering processes, such as the melting of non-ferrous metals like aluminum alloy and copper alloy.
