Description
Vacuum pressurized sintering furnace hydraulic machine is a combination of vacuum environment and hydraulic pressurization technologyIt is a kind of special sintering equipment which combines vacuum environment and hydraulic pressurization technology, and is mainly used in the sintering process in the fields of powder metallurgy, cemented carbide, ceramic materials, super-hard materials (e.g. diamond composites) and so on.Its core feature is to apply axial or radial pressure to the material through hydraulic system under high vacuum or protective atmosphere to promote material densification and improve the microstructure, so as to obtain high-performance sintered products.
Vacuum Pressurized Sintering Furnace Hydraulic Press is essentially the integration of "Vacuum Sintering Furnace" and "Hydraulic Pressurization System", the core modules include:
1. Hydraulic pressurization system (core power unit)
The main body of the hydraulic press: consists of hydraulic cylinders (master cylinder), piston rods, press head (upper anvil) and frame (gantry or four-column structure), to provide 200 tons (about 2,000kN) of axial pressure.
Hydraulic station: contains hydraulic pump (high pressure piston pump or vane pump), motor, oil tank, valve group (relief valve, reversing valve, pressure sensor), pipeline and cooling device (water-cooled or air-cooled), responsible for hydraulic oil pressurization, circulation and pressure control.
Pressure accuracy: Usually equipped with servo valves or proportional valves, it can realize ±1%~±2% pressure control accuracy to meet the requirements of the sintering process of "pressurization in sections" (e.g. pre-pressurization - holding pressure - un-pressurization).Holding pressure-unloading pressure) in the sintering process.
Main Application Scenarios
Cemented carbide products: Sintering of cutting tools (milling cutters, drills), molds (stamping molds, drawing molds), and wear-resistant parts (mining machine liners) to improve density and toughness.
High-performance ceramics: densification of structural ceramics such as alumina, silicon nitride, boron carbide, etc., used for electronic substrates and armor protection.
New energy materials: sintering of lithium battery anode (graphite/silicon-carbon composite) and fuel cell electrolyte (yttrium oxide stabilized zirconia YSZ) to optimize electrical conductivity and ion transport efficiency.
Magnetic materials: vacuum sintering of NdFeB permanent magnets to reduce oxidation loss and increase coercivity and remanence.
