Product Introduction
Specifically designed for the hot-press moulding of large containers, horticultural gallon pots, aquaculture plastic trays, vegetable washing basins and large plastic waste bins made from PE, PP, SMC and recycled plastics. Equipped with a mould heating system, it produces complete plastic container bodies in a single hot-pressing operation, ensuring uniform wall thickness, no material shortages and a smooth surface, making it suitable for the large-scale mass production of plastic household goods.
Structure and Key Advantages
High structural rigidity
Featuring a three-beam, four-column structure welded from a single sheet of steel and subjected to stress-relief ageing treatment. Four precision chrome-plated columns, combined with wear-resistant guide sleeves, ensure load-free downward pressure, minimising the risk of uneven wall thickness, deformation or cracking when moulding large plastic basins.
Hot-press Moulding Support System
The worktable incorporates built-in electric or oil heating modules with adjustable temperatures ranging from 0 to 300°C, suitable for the softening and moulding of thermoplastics and composite materials. The moulding process features automatic degassing to eliminate air bubbles and delamination defects in the basin body.
