The 400-ton cattle and sheep licking brick hydraulic press is mainly used to press raw material powders such as minerals and trace elements required for the growth of cattle and sheep into block or cake-shaped licking bricks. These lick bricks are an important nutritional supplement for livestock such as cattle and sheep, helping to replenish the minerals and trace elements needed in the body.

The equipment adopts a four-beam and four-column structure. The fuselage is composed of upper beams, sliders, demoulding beams, worktables, columns, etc., forming a closed frame to ensure the rigidity and accuracy of the equipment.

The slider moves up and down along the column, and the column guide bush is made of composite materials to increase the allowable surface pressure and reduce friction. The column material is made of 45# steel, which is surface treated and hard chromium plated to improve wear resistance and durability.

Hydraulic oil is delivered to the cylinder through a hydraulic pump to generate strong pressure. Under the action of pressure, the piston in the cylinder pushes the raw material powder in the mold for compression.

During the pressing process, the equipment can realize functions such as automatic cloth, automatic pressing, automatic demoulding and automatic block pushing, which greatly improves production efficiency.
