It is mainly used for rubber hydraulic molding. This equipment primarily utilizes the pressure and heat energy supplied by the hydraulic system to mold rubber raw materials under high temperature and pressure. Typically, such machines include heating and cooling plates where the rubber raw materials are placed between them. The hydraulic system applies pressure and temperature, causing the rubber raw materials to take on the desired shape within the mold. This molding method is commonly used in manufacturing rubber products such as seals, rubber pads, rubber tubes, etc. The hydraulic system can provide uniform pressure and maintain a constant temperature during processing, ensuring the quality and performance of the final product.
