 The 1000 Ton Heavy-Duty Car Wheel Hub Hydraulic Press is a professional customized hydraulic forming equipment independently developed for the automotive wheel hub manufacturing industry. It is specially designed for integral stamping, forging, forming, trimming, and shaping of automobile aluminum alloy wheels, steel wheels, and commercial vehicle wheel hubs. Adopting a four-column three-beam integrated rigid structure, the machine features stable pressure output, high forming precision, and durable operation, fully meeting the mass production and high-standard processing requirements of passenger cars, trucks, and new energy vehicle wheel hubs.

Professionally applicable to one-time integral forming of automobile aluminum alloy wheel hubs, steel wheel hubs, and heavy-duty vehicle wheel hubs. It supports multiple processing procedures including wheel hub blank stamping, hot forging forming, cold shaping, edge trimming, hole flanging, and precision correction.
