500 Ton FRP Wash Basin Hydraulic PressThis 500-ton hydraulic press is dedicated to SMC composite molding for FRP sanitary ware, mainly used for one-piece hot pressing of FRP wash basins and counter basins. The machine can adopt 4-column or frame-type structure. The frame is treated by stress relief after welding, featuring high rigidity and good anti-eccentric load performance.

The machine can be equipped with mold heating system. After putting SMC FRP raw material into the mold, the product can be formed in one time under high temperature and high pressure. It comes with hydraulic ejector cylinder to automatically eject finished parts after pressing. The hydraulic system uses cartridge valve with stable movement and long pressure holding time, which effectively avoids bubbles, material shortage and deformation of FRP products.

Controlled by PLC and touch screen. Pressure, dwell time and stroke parameters can be saved. Manual and semi-automatic working modes are available. Multiple safety protections including safety light curtain, emergency stop button and overload protection. By changing molds, it can produce FRP water tank panels, toilet covers, FRP pallets and other composite molded products.
