Product Introduction

The FRP Cooling Tower Hydraulic Press Machine is specially designed for the

 compression molding and production of fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) cooling 

tower components. It is widely used in the manufacturing of cooling tower shells, 

fan covers, water basins, air ducts, panels, and other large-size FRP products.

The machine adopts a high-strength hydraulic system and heavy-duty frame structure, 

providing stable and powerful pressing force during the molding process. The 

hydraulic system ensures smooth operation and precise pressure control, while the

 large working table can accommodate different sizes of cooling tower molds.

During the molding process, FRP/SMC materials are placed into the customized mold 

and formed under high pressure and controlled temperature. This process helps 

produce cooling tower components with uniform thickness, accurate dimensions, 

smooth surfaces, and excellent mechanical strength.

The machine can be equipped with heating plates, PLC control systems, touch-screen 

operation, automatic mold opening and closing, ejector systems, and customized

 molds according to different production requirements. It is suitable for both standard 

cooling tower components and customized large-scale FRP products.
