Product Introduction

This 400-ton three-beam four-column hydraulic press is specially developed for 

thermoforming of plastic basins, plastic wash basins, breeding basins and FRP

 composite basins. It is suitable for hot pressing and shaping of modified plastic 

sheets, SMC and BMC composite materials.

The machine frame adopts thick steel plate welding and stress relief aging treatment, 

with high rigidity and good anti-deflection load capacity. The slider is equipped with

 high-precision guide sleeves to ensure consistent pressing clearance, so the finished 

basin has uniform wall thickness, smooth surface and no warpage.

The hydraulic system adopts integrated cartridge valve circuit, featuring stable 

pressure, low impact. Pressing speed, pressure value and holding time can be adjusted 

freely according to product process. Servo hydraulic system is optional for energy 

saving, low noise and less oil temperature rise during long continuous production.

It adopts PLC and touch screen control system, supporting manual mold adjustment 

and semi-automatic cycle operation. Equipped with safety light curtain, travel limit

 switch and overload protection device to ensure operator safety.

The working table is reserved with T-slots for quick replacement of different basin 

molds. One machine can produce various sizes and styles of plastic basins.

It can work with heating mold, feeding rack and conveyor to form a complete plastic

 basin forming production line. Widely used in daily plastic products, farm breeding 

supplies and composite product manufacturing industries.
