Product Introduction

Nine feet plastic pallet hydraulic press is special for molding nine feet plastic pallet hydraulic equipment, through high temperature and high pressure will be recycled waste plastic, PP, PE, PVC and other raw materials pressed into the pallet structure with nine supporting feet. This equipment belongs to the plastic hot molding equipment, can be matched with different molds to produce Chuan plastic pallets, flat plastic pallets, etc., suitable for logistics, warehousing and other fields.

Nine-corner pallet needs to be realized by hot press molding (or "molding+hot press" composite process) due to its complex structure (multi-ribbed position, shaped surface):

Sufficient melting: the plastic raw material needs to be completely melted at high temperature to avoid the lack of local strength caused by unmelted particles;

Flow filling: the molten material needs to fill the deep tendons of the mold (e.g. inside the support feet) quickly to avoid lack of material or shrinkage marks;

Uniform pressure retention: continuous pressure is applied during the pressure retention phase to compensate for material shrinkage during cooling and to prevent product deformation;

Rapid cooling: shorten the molding cycle (usually 30~60 seconds for a single piece) to improve production efficiency.
