The 800-ton four-column, double-cylinder hydraulic press for plastic flower pots is a highly efficient machine specifically designed for the hot compression molding of plastic flower pots.

Double-cylinder design: The double-cylinder structure provides more stable pressure output while enhancing the machine’s overall rigidity and resistance to off-center loads, making it ideal for molding large plastic flower pots.

Precise Temperature Control: Equipped with a mold temperature controller, it precisely regulates the heating plate temperature (typically maintained at 125–135°C), ensuring the plastic material is molded at the optimal temperature and enhancing product quality.

High Degree of Automation: Utilizing a PLC servo CNC system, it supports real-time adjustment of parameters such as pressure, speed, and stroke, offering simple and convenient operation and enabling automated production processes.

Applications

Plastic Flower Pot Molding: Suitable for the hot compression molding of plastic materials such as high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and polypropylene (PP), capable of producing plastic flower pots in various sizes and shapes.

Other Plastic Products: Can also be used for the compression molding of products such as plastic construction formwork, plastic floor mats, and plastic pallets.

Composite Material Molding: By adjusting process parameters, it can achieve the compression molding of composite materials such as glass-fiber-reinforced plastic (GFRP).
