Automobile manufacturing industry

Engine component press-fitting: precision press-fitting of cylinder head, cylinder liner, oil seal and other components, with pressure control accuracy of ±1%, to avoid oil leakage caused by seal damage.

Transmission system assembly: press-fitting of gear box components and transmission shaft components, flexibly controlling the press-fitting speed through servo motors, adapting to the deformation characteristics of different materials.

Cell phone shell molding: with the mold heating system (temperature control accuracy ± 2 ℃), to achieve the PC / ABS plastic shell hot press molding, product surface finish up to Ra0.8.

Press-fitting of circuit board components: through the force-displacement curve monitoring, to ensure that the plug-in press-fitting force is stabilized within the range of 50-200N, to avoid false welding or component damage.

Lithium battery stack press-fitting: adopting multi-stage pressure control (pre-pressure, main pressure, holding pressure), the pressure uniformity is up to ±2%, to ensure the stability of the internal structure of the stack, and prolong the service life.

Hydrogen fuel cell bipolar plate molding: through servo motor low-speed and high-torque output, it realizes precision stamping of titanium alloy bipolar plate with thickness tolerance ±0.02mm.
