Powered by a hydraulic system, it processes base materials such as aluminum-zinc coated steel sheets into stone-effect metal tiles with specific shapes and properties through high-pressure compression.

Metal Stone-Effect Tile Hydraulic Presses typically operate within automated production lines:

Feeding: Robotic arms or feeding devices precisely position pre-cut sintered flat sheets into molds on the press workbench.

Forming: The ram rapidly descends, then transitions to slow high-pressure compression upon contacting the sheet, forcing it into the lower die cavity to form three-dimensional tiles.

Holding Pressure: A brief pressure hold ensures the tile shape is stabilized.

Ejection: The ram retracts while the lower die's ejector mechanism (or robotic arm) lifts/removes the formed tiles.

Discharge: The robotic arm removes the formed tiles for stacking or placement onto a conveyor line.
