The 315-ton four-column hydraulic press designed and developed by Shandong Zhongyou Heavy Industry serves as a metal pressure forming device, primarily undertaking warm extrusion forming tasks in welding wire production lines.
High-precision extrusion achieves precise shaping of metal ingots such as magnesium alloys throug the coordinated motion of the main cylinder, plunger, movable beam, and extrusion rod.
The equipment features a fluid filling valve and rapid-action cylinders, supporting rapid feed, working feed extrusion, and return strokes to meet high-speed forming demands.
Automated integration: Modern hydraulic presses utilize PLC touchscreen control, supporting manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic operation.
