The VTC125 (commonly referred to as the VTC1250) is a CNC vertical lathe with a maximum turning diameter of 1,250 mm. It is designed for the efficient and precise turning of heavy-duty discs, rings, and short shafts, and can be equipped with a C-axis and a power turret to enable turning and milling operations.
The machining capabilities of the VTC125 cover the majority of medium-sized heavy-duty components and are widely used in:
Wind/hydroelectric power industries: flanges, hubs, end caps, hydro turbine blade roots, etc.
Construction machinery: large gear rings, brake drums, hydraulic cylinder bodies, inner and outer rings of slewing bearings.
Mining/oilfield machinery: large bearing housings, drilling connectors, valve bodies.
Automotive manufacturing: Heavy-duty truck brake discs, hubs, and clutch housings
