Cattle and sheep licking brick machine is a pressing equipment designed for producing cattle and sheep licking bricks (mineral salt bricks, nutrient licking bricks), through the high pressure to press the feed materials (such as salt, minerals, urea, molasses, etc.) into blocks for cattle and sheep licking in order to replenish the minerals, regulate the balance of electrolytes, and enhance the breeding efficiency.Adopting a pull-down structure, the salt powder or salt mud is applied to strengthen the pressure moulding through the hydraulic system, which is suitable for building decoration, industrial use or animal husbandry.
Core function: High-pressure moulding capability can press high-density salt bricks, adapt to different formulas (e.g. pure salt, salt + binder), ensure the strength and aesthetics of the finished product, support the adjustment of pressure according to the moisture content of the raw material or the formula, to avoid delamination or over-pressure cracking due to insufficient pressure.The mould pull-down design avoids the problem of broken salt bricks caused by ejection of traditional up-pressing type, especially suitable for loose salt powder moulding.The salt powder is evenly distributed during the pull-down process, which reduces the probability of mould clogging and improves the stability of continuous production.
