The 500-ton head drawing hydraulic press is a machine specifically designed for the
cold and hot forming of pressure vessel heads; it can also be used for processes such
as bulging, flanging, and leveling of thick and thin steel plates.
Machine Structure: Typically featuring a four-column design, it consists of an upper
crossbeam, a ram, a worktable, and four columns, offering high overall strength and
convenient die removal. Some models also utilize a frame-type structure, offering
advantages such as excellent rigidity, high precision, and strong resistance to off-center
loading.
Application Areas
Pressure Vessel Head Forming: This is the primary application for the 500-ton
head-forming hydraulic press, capable of efficiently and precisely performing cold
and hot forming of vessel heads.
