The 630 ton salt brick machine is a high pressure molding machine designed for the production of salt bricks. Its core purpose is to press salt powder or salt-based mixtures into high-density, structurally stable lumps by means of a hydraulic system.
Livestock Breeding
Livestock licking bricks: Salt, minerals (e.g. calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc) and vitamins are mixed proportionally and pressed into salt bricks for livestock such as cows, sheep and horses to lick and eat, to replenish the lack of micronutrients in their daily diets, to prevent nutritional deficiency (e.g. xerophagia, rickets), and to promote the development of bones and the enhancement of immunity.
Carrier for feed additives: Salt bricks can be used as a carrier to mix other feed additives (e.g. probiotics, enzymes) evenly for easy storage and feeding.
Industrial Field
Water treatment: Pressing high purity salt bricks for softening water quality, removing heavy metal ions or adjusting pH value, suitable for industrial circulating water treatment, boiler water purification and other scenarios.
