Featuring a four-beam, four-column structure, it uses high-pressure compression to mold powdered raw materials such as livestock salt, mineral salts, and nutritional salts into circular salt bricks. Its "one-out-two" design enables simultaneous production of two salt bricks per press cycle, significantly boosting production efficiency.High-Efficiency "One-Out-Two" Design: The mold features dual cavities, enabling the production of two round salt bricks per press cycle. This design offers higher efficiency than "one-out-two" or "one-out-four" models, representing an optimal balance of cost and performance. The circular shape is the most common for salt bricks, facilitating easy licking, and mold manufacturing is relatively mature.
Precision Hydraulic & Control System: Utilizes high-pressure pumps and valves to ensure stable pressure and reliable pressure retention. PLC control with touchscreen operation allows precise setting and adjustment of parameters such as pressure, pressure retention time, and ejection speed, guaranteeing consistent quality for each salt block.
