Product Introduction

The FRP water tank hydraulic press is an SMC composite hot-molding hydraulic press designed specifically for molding SMC FRP water tank panels (prefabricated FRP fire protection water tank panels). It is a high-temperature, high-pressure molding machine for thermosetting composites.

Key Features: Equipped with a multi-stage venting function, SMC products are less prone to air bubbles, material shortages, and delamination;

 Independent mold heating with controllable temperature ensures thorough curing of thermosetting resins, resulting in high-strength, water-resistant, and corrosion-resistant water tank panels;

Stable pressure with no pressure drop during extended holding periods ensures consistent product dimensions;

Versatile use with a single machine by changing molds: FRP water tank panels, septic tank covers, SMC electrical meter boxes, and composite cover plates;

 Optional servo system, suitable for long-term continuous production with lower energy consumption.
