Product Introduction

The press can be used for zinc powder, zinc alloy powder, and other suitable metal powder materials. With customized molds and tooling, it can produce different shapes and sizes of compacted metal products according to the customer's requirements.

The machine adopts a heavy-duty hydraulic structure and a reliable hydraulic system. During the pressing process, the hydraulic cylinder provides stable and adjustable pressure, while the control system allows the pressing cycle to be adjusted according to material characteristics and product requirements.

The Zinc Powder Compacting Hydraulic Press can be configured with PLC control and a touchscreen interface for convenient operation. Pressing pressure, stroke, holding time, and return speed can be adjusted for different powder forming processes. Automatic feeding and ejection systems can also be integrated into the machine or production line when required.
