The 500-ton four-column hydraulic press (standard model YQ32-500T) is a mainstream large and medium-sized 3-beam 4-column hydraulic forming equipment in the industrial manufacturing industry. With a high-strength frame structure, stable hydraulic transmission system and intelligent control system, it has the core advantages of high pressure, strong rigidity, high precision, stable operation and wide adaptability. It is a special core equipment for metal forging, material forming, block stamping and correction & shaping processes.
The 500-ton four-column hydraulic press covers a full range of industrial application scenarios. It is widely used in the stretching, stamping, bending, straightening and pressing processes of stainless steel, aluminum alloy and hardware accessories. It can also be used for hot pressing and molding of fiberglass, carbon fiber and plastic composite materials, as well as block molding of cattle and sheep salt bricks, mineral powder and feed powder. In addition, it meets the heavy-duty processing needs of large workpiece correction, mold pressing and hardware forging, serving multiple manufacturing fields such as automobile parts, new energy, building materials, animal husbandry and aviation parts.
