This is a customized hydraulic press for producing SMC resin manhole cover hot press molding for a customer in Qinhuangdao.
SMC resin manhole cover hot compression molding 400 tons of hydraulic press is the core equipment for the production of high-performance composite manhole cover, which will be molded into a high-strength, corrosion-resistant manhole cover product in a single molding process through high temperature and high pressure molding process of SMC (Sheet Molding Compound) material.
Molding consumes less energy than traditional casting processes and requires no metal reinforcement (e.g., rebar), which reduces resource consumption and pollution and is in line with the trend of green manufacturing.
