Product Introduction

Shandong Zhongyou Heavy Industry has custom-manufactured a hydraulic forming press

for a Libyan client, designed primarily for the integrated blanking, stretching, bending,

and forming of kitchen and bathroom drain covers, drain grates, and filter screen

components made from materials such as stainless steel, cold-rolled steel sheets, and

brass. The machine features high rigidity and stable pressure, making it ideal for mass

production of drain accessories in bathroom hardware factories. By changing the dies,

it can also process products such as kitchen sink accessories, hardware gaskets, and

valve components.

Three-beam, four-column frame: Constructed from thick steel plate welded together

and subjected to stress-relief aging treatment. Four chrome-plated guide columns

ensure resistance to off-center loads and prevent deformation during prolonged

stamping operations.

Hydraulic System: Integrated valve block hydraulic circuit with separate fast and

slow-speed motion segments. Independent control of rapid advance, working advance,

pressure hold, and return strokes. Standard air-cooled heat dissipation ensures reliable

sealing and minimizes oil leakage.

Electrical Control System: PLC + push-button control with manual and semi-automatic

modes. Adjustable pressure, stroke, and pressure hold time. Equipped with overload

protection and emergency stop.

Specialized Drain Cover Dies: Comes with a set of multi-size stamping dies for drain

covers, capable of processing round, square, and irregularly shaped drain covers.

Equipment Advantages: High forming efficiency—drain covers are formed in a single

stamping operation, eliminating the need for secondary bending and grinding. Each

piece is formed in seconds, making it suitable for mass production on assembly lines.

Excellent finished product quality: Uniform and stable pressure ensures drain covers

are free of wrinkles and cracks, with consistent dimensions and a high yield rate.

High Versatility: By changing dies, the machine can process drain covers, drain grates,

metal stampings, and small kitchen hardware components
