The production of bulletproof helmets needs to meet the requirements of uniform pressure and precise curing of multi-layer composite materials, hydraulic presses need to realize:
Pressure control: to ensure that the prepreg layers are tightly combined, to avoid delamination or lack of glue;
Temperature control: adjust the resin curing reaction rate, to ensure curing consistency;
Complex curved surface molding: matching the helmet curved surface, ventilation holes and other shaped structures, dimensional accuracy is required;
Efficient production: shorten the cycle time to adapt to batch manufacturing.
