The 800-ton double-cylinder four-column hydraulic press has a nominal pressure of 8,000 kN and a system pressure typically ranging from 25 to 31.5 MPa, making it well-suited for the compression molding of fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) cable trays.FRP cable trays are typically manufactured using SMC (sheet molding compound) or BMC (bulk molding compound) as raw materials through a hot compression molding process. The 800-ton hydraulic press can be equipped with an electric or oil heating system to maintain mold temperatures between 120–180°C, meeting the requirements for resin curing. Additionally, the equipment supports staged compression and staged venting functions, effectively removing air bubbles and volatiles from the material to enhance the density of the finished product.
