The machine body consists of components including the upper crossbeam, ram, worktable, and columns. These components are all fabricated from high-quality steel plates and welded together, then undergo high-temperature annealing to eliminate internal stresses, ensuring the equipment’s stability and durability.
Hydraulic System: The machine utilizes a cartridge valve integrated system, which reduces leakage points, ensures reliable operation, and extends service life. The hydraulic system provides stable pressure output to meet the demands of various drawing processes.
Control System: Equipped with a PLC control system, it supports both constant-pressure and constant-stroke operations and features a pressure-holding delay function. Multiple operating modes are available, including adjustment, manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic, allowing users to select the mode that best suits their production needs.
