Product Introduction

C-frame (open-frame): The most common type, featuring a C-shaped frame with three open sides. It offers ample operating and feeding space, facilitating easy monitoring and automation integration. However, its rigidity is slightly inferior to that of a frame-type press, and it may experience slight deformation (opening of the frame) under load.

Its key application areas include:

Punching: Hole punching and blanking. Although it is not as fast as a mechanical punch press, it operates quietly and offers overload protection.

Forming: Deep drawing, flanging, bending, and rolling. This is its strongest application, as it provides constant holding and forming forces, with adjustable speeds that effectively control material flow to prevent tearing or wrinkling.

Press-fitting: Pressing bushings, bearings, and other components into workpieces.

Straightening/Flattening: Correcting the flatness of sheet metal parts.
