Product Introduction

Shandong Zhongyou Heavy Industry has custom-manufactured a 630-ton frame-type hydraulic press for Shandong Zhongyou Heavy Industry, designed for producing specialized reusable containers made of composite materials (such as SMC).

The machine features a fully welded frame structure (constructed from high-strength steel plates) that has undergone vibration aging or tempering to eliminate internal stresses, ensuring the frame remains distortion-free during long-term use. The four-corner, eight-sided guide rail system (with adjustable clearance) provides high guiding precision and resistance to off-center loads, making it particularly suitable for the asymmetrical force distribution encountered during the molding of reusable containers, thereby preventing dimensional errors caused by mold misalignment.

PLC-based automatic control of the hot-pressing temperature and pressure curves ensures uniform material filling of the mold, preventing cracking of the pallet caused by localized stress concentration. Designed for specialized pallets made of composite materials (such as SMC).
