The 315-ton plastic basin hot-pressing hydraulic press adopts a three-beam and four-column structural design. It is equipped with advanced control systems such as PLC and servo systems to achieve automatic control and precise adjustment of pressing parameters.
It has a heating function and can heat the mold to soften the plastic sheet and fit the mold shape in the high-elastic state. It is suitable for the heating and molding of composite materials such as plastic, acrylic, carbon fiber, SMC, and BMC resin. It can be used to produce plastic basins of various sizes and shapes, such as household plastic basins and gardening plastic basins.
