Composite material crash cushion plate hydraulic press is designed for composite material crash cushion plate molding hydraulic pressure equipment, mainly used for fiber-reinforced composite materials (such as glass fiber reinforced plastic, carbon fiber), metal-plastic composite plate, rubber-metal composite plate and other materials, through stamping, molding or hot pressing process into energy-absorbing, cushioning function.It is mainly used to process fiber-reinforced composite materials (such as fiberglass, carbon fiber), metal-plastic composite plates, rubber-metal composite plates and other materials into crash cushion plates with energy-absorbing and buffering functions through stamping, molding or hot pressing.Its core features are high pressure control precision, multi-process adaptability and targeted design of composite material characteristics (such as avoiding delamination, to ensure that the inter-layer bonding strength).

High rigidity frame design

Adopting whole casting or profile steel welding frame structure, the machine body is rigid, and the anti-deviation load capacity is significantly better than the ordinary three-beam and four-column structure.

Optimization of guiding precision of four columns

The four-column structure is optimized by computer, and the guiding precision can reach 0.02-0.03mm. With the automatic lubrication device of the guide rail, it can effectively reduce the wear of the guide column and prolong the life of the equipment.
