600 tons three-beam four-column hydraulic press is a kind of hydraulic molding equipment with "three-beam four-column frame" as the core structure. With its high rigidity, large tonnage and stable molding accuracy, it is widely used in the fields of metal stamping, powder metallurgy, rubber vulcanization, composite material molding and so on.

Advantages

High tonnage and rigidity: three-beam, four-column frame structure design, high bending strength of the machine body, suitable for pressing large, thick-walled workpieces.

Precise guiding and molding: four-column guide rail ensures the accuracy of vertical movement of the slider, avoiding defects such as flying edge and partial load of the workpiece, suitable for precision molding (e.g., gears and bearings pressing).

Multi-process adaptability: by adjusting the pressure, stroke and holding time, it can complete a variety of processes such as stamping (thick steel plate molding), stretching (large cover parts), pressing (powder metallurgy products), calibrating (heavy machinery parts), and so on.

High degree of automation: optional automatic feeder, robotic arm, infrared range finder, etc., to realize the whole process automation of "loading - molding - picking up" and improve the production efficiency.

Application Scenario

Automobile manufacturing: stamping and molding of chassis bracket (e.g. sub-frame), inner board of engine hood, door impact beam; stretch molding of transmission shell and gear box cover.

Hardware products: large flanges (e.g. pipe connection flanges), gaskets (e.g. gaskets), pressing of hardware molds; stamping and forming of stainless steel sinks and pots and pans.

Powder metallurgy: powder pressing of automobile gears, bearings, clutch plates.

Energy equipment: pre-press molding of wind power tower flanges; preliminary pressing of nuclear power pressure vessel heads (subsequent heat treatment required).
