Product Introduction

The 200-ton three-beam, four-column hydraulic press features an upper crossbeam, a movable crossbeam, and a lower crossbeam connected by four columns, forming a closed, rigid frame with excellent resistance to deformation, making it ideal for high-precision machining.

High Precision and Stability: Infrared safety light curtains protect operators, while the equipment achieves a repeatability of ±0.03 mm and a pressure deviation of ±1%, meeting the demands of precision machining.

High Efficiency and Energy Savings: The hydraulic system generates only 10%–30% of the heat produced by traditional equipment. The reduced oil tank volume and extended oil change intervals lower operating costs.

Automation and Flexibility: Supports three operating modes—adjustment, manual, and semi-automatic. PLC control enables constant-pressure and constant-stroke forming, with adjustable pressure-holding delay functions.

Metal Processing: Sheet metal drawing, stamping and bending, flanging, cold extrusion, straightening, and press fitting, suitable for forming parts such as automotive components and appliance housings.

Non-Metal Forming: Pressing of plastic products, rubber products, powder metallurgy (e.g., carbon powder and resin powder compacts), and composite materials (e.g., FRP compression molding).

Special Processes: Metal deep-drawing hydraulic press mode, supporting deep-drawing processes such as one-step forming of stainless steel sinks.
