The 3,000-ton integrated hot press with a floating arm and touchscreen is widely used in high-value-added industries such as new energy batteries, ceramic materials, superconducting materials, and biomaterials. For example, in the new energy battery sector, this equipment can be used for the compression molding of lithium-ion battery anode and cathode materials; in the ceramic materials sector, it can be used for the densification molding of ceramic materials such as alumina and silicon nitride.

High-tonnage pressure: With a nominal pressure of 3,000 tons, it can handle various complex and demanding pressing tasks, making it suitable for processes such as stretching, stamping, hot forging, metal powder forming, and composite material molding of large workpieces.

High-precision control: The equipment utilizes an advanced PLC control system and servo motor drives to achieve high-precision pressure and position control. Additionally, through a PID intelligent temperature control system and high-precision sensors, temperature fluctuations during the forming process are maintained below 1°C, thereby enhancing product quality and stability.

Excellent Safety Performance: The equipment is equipped with mechatronic safety devices, such as a lower chamber support circuit for the hydraulic cylinder and an interlock circuit between the upper and lower chambers of the hydraulic cylinder, ensuring safety during operation. Furthermore, the equipment features safety mechanisms such as overload protection and temperature limit alarms, reducing operational risks.
