The hydraulic system generates only 10%–30% of the heat produced by traditional hydraulic presses. This results in a smaller oil tank, extended oil change intervals, and a reduction in hydraulic oil consumption of approximately 50%.
Display and Control System
Touchscreen + PLC: Supports numerical input and real-time display of parameters such as pressure, displacement, and hold time. Can store 200 sets of process programs, facilitating quick switching between production tasks.
Online Management Function: Data from the entire pressing process (pressure-displacement curves) can be saved to a computer, ensuring production traceability and facilitating quality control.
Side Cylinder and Pneumatic Cylinder Design
