Product Introduction
This 315-ton four-beam four-column floating hydraulic press is specialized powder compaction equipment for livestock mineral lick blocks. It is designed for cold forming of mixed powder including salt, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and trace element additives, without sintering.
Adopting bidirectional floating compression structure, the machine realizes uniform exhaust and even density inside finished lick blocks, effectively avoiding delamination, hollow core and easy breakage. The frame is welded with thick steel plates and treated by stress relief annealing, featuring high rigidity and stable running precision under long-time continuous pressing.
The hydraulic system uses cartridge valve integrated circuit. Pressure, pressing speed and dwell time are adjustable. Optional servo hydraulic configuration reduces power consumption and oil temperature rise. The PLC & HMI control system supports manual debugging and automatic cyclic operation. It is equipped with safety light curtain, stroke limit and overload protection to guarantee operational safety.
Molds can be customized in square, round shapes with hanging holes or logos. It normally produces 2–5 kg lick blocks with one-out-one mold. Matched with mixer, elevator, automatic feeder and conveyor, it forms a full automatic lick block production line. The finished salt blocks are firm, water-resistant and anti-scouring, widely supplied to cattle, sheep and ruminant breeding industries.
