Product Introduction

The four-column plastic pallet hydraulic press is a professional heavy-duty molding equipment specially designed for recycled plastic pallet and industrial plastic tray production. It is compatible with multiple raw materials such as HDPE, PP, PVC waste plastics, mixed plastic particles and composite materials, and is widely used for hot press molding of logistics plastic pallets, packaging trays, anti-slip plastic pallets and industrial bearing trays.

This hydraulic press adopts a reinforced four-column and four-beam integral welding structure, with strong rigidity, high pressure resistance and stable overall operation. It is equipped with an intelligent digital hydraulic control system and constant-temperature hot pressing device, realizing precise pressure regulation, uniform heating and one-time integral compression molding.
