The 100-ton single-column hydraulic press is a versatile small-to-medium-sized hydraulic press, also known as a C-frame 100-ton single-column hydraulic press. It features a C-frame open structure and consists of a main cylinder, a hydraulic power system, an electrical system, and other components.
Metalworking: Suitable for straightening shaft-type parts and profiles, as well as press-fitting sleeve-type parts. It can also perform processes such as bending, embossing, forming, and simple drawing of sheet metal parts.
Non-metallic Processing: It can be used for pressing powders and plastic products with less stringent requirements.
Other Applications: Press-fitting of motor rotors and stators; press-fitting of electronic connectors and electrical components; and pressing of eyewear, latches, and hardware parts.
