This 200-ton four-column hydraulic press is a small-to-medium-sized general-purpose hydraulic forming machine. It features a classic four-column, three-plate structure, consisting of three main components—the upper crossbeam, lower crossbeam, and movable ram—which are guided and supported by four columns.Stamping and Forming: This is the most common application for the 200-ton hydraulic press. It can perform operations such as stretching, punching, bending, and flanging on thin sheet metal. Examples include the stretch forming of stainless steel sinks, minor trimming of automotive body panels, and punching of aluminum sheets.
Press-fitting: Pressing bearings into shaft bores, bushings into housings, and gears onto shaft ends are all typical press-fitting processes.
Powder Molding: The compaction and molding of metal or ceramic powders require stable pressure and holding time. When paired with molds, a 200-ton hydraulic press can produce powder metallurgy parts of various shapes, such as gears, flanges, and bushings.
Plastic and Rubber Molding: Compression molding of composite materials like SMC and BMC, as well as the vulcanization molding of small rubber products.
