Product Introduction

Zhongyou customized a batch of 100-metric-ton hot presses for a Nigerian client, primarily for the hot-press molding of rubber floor tiles, rubber floor mats, and plastic track granule tiles.

100 Ton Rubber Tile Hydraulic Press is mainly used for hot compression molding of rubber floor tiles, rubber mats and EPDM granular runway tiles. The mixture of rubber granules and adhesive is placed into the mold. With hydraulic pressure and heating platens, the material is cured and formed in one step under pressure holding. Finished products feature compact structure and good crack resistance. The machine adopts four-column structure with strong bearing capacity, and the worktable fits standard rubber tile molds. Equipped with PLC touch screen control system, pressure, holding time and temperature can be adjusted freely. Easy to operate, widely adopted by rubber mat manufacturers.
