Product Introduction
The 630-ton SMC water tank hydraulic press is a high-pressure molding machine designed for SMC (sheet molding compound) water tanks. By applying high pressure and high temperature through the hydraulic system, the SMC material will be pressed in the mold into a lightweight, high-strength finished water tank.
Its core functions include:
High-pressure molding: Provide 630 tons of pressure to ensure that the SMC material fully fills the mold, eliminating internal defects and enhancing the strength of the product.
Temperature control: The mold is equipped with electric or oil heating system to accurately control the curing temperature (usually 140-180°C) and promote the cross-linking reaction of the material.
Automatic operation: PLC control is supported to realize two process modes of fixed range and fixed pressure, and the function of pressure preservation and delay ensures the dimensional stability of the products.
Typical Application Scenarios
Municipal water supply system
Producing large SMC combined water tanks, with capacities ranging from a few cubic meters to hundreds of cubic meters, replacing traditional concrete pools, with the advantages of quick installation, corrosion resistance, and long service life (more than 20 years).
Industrial and Agricultural Field
Pressing industrial cooling tower water tanks, agricultural irrigation water tanks, adapting to harsh environments (e.g. high humidity, chemical corrosion).
Producing fire-fighting water storage tanks and roof rainwater collection tanks to meet the requirements of building fire codes.
