Product Introduction
PP plastic chopping board hydraulic press is specially used for hot press molding PP (polypropylene) plastic chopping board hydraulic equipment, by heating the mold to make the PP material soften, and then apply high pressure to make it fit the mold cavity and curing and shaping. This equipment is suitable for the large-scale production of household/commercial cutting boards, chopping boards and other products, and can also be used for PE, PVC and other thermoplastic plastics compression molding.
Process:
Preheating and pre-pressing: preheat and dry the PP raw material and then pre-press it into blanks to shorten the molding time and reduce the effect of moisture.
Adding and closing the mold: Put the blank into the mold, close the mold and heat and pressurize it, so that the PP melts and fills the cavity.
Exhausting and curing: Exhausting during the pressing process to avoid air bubbles, followed by curing and molding.
Post-molding: After the molded part is hardened, it is demolded, trimmed of excess material around the edges and sprayed with paint to enhance durability.
