Shandong Zhongyou custom-built a 400-ton hydraulic press for a Turkish client, serving as the key equipment for manufacturing composite manhole covers.

Material compatibility extends to composite materials such as BMC (Bulk Molding Compound) and SMC (Sheet Molding Compound). The resulting manhole covers offer high strength, corrosion resistance, and lightweight properties, replacing traditional cast iron covers to reduce maintenance costs.

Production efficiency benefits from high automation levels, supporting rapid descent, staged compression, pressure holding, and mold opening operations, resulting in short individual production cycles.
