temperature and pressure.
High-Efficiency Production:
Synchronized positioning and mold closing, rapid fluid filling for pressurization, and
shortened compression cycles enhance production efficiency. Fully automated
processes—including pressurization, pressure limiting, downward stroke, pressure
holding, timing, depressurization, demolding, and return to home position—minimize
manual intervention.
Environmentally Friendly & Energy Efficient: Utilizes renewable materials like wood chips,
waste wooden pallets, and straw, meeting environmental standards. Servo-hydraulic
systems reduce energy consumption, minimize noise and heat generation, and lower
operating costs.
