Product Introduction

This machine is a heavy-duty hydraulic press specifically designed for the compression molding of composite materials. It is primarily used to produce high-end automotive floor mats, home floor mats, and industrial floor mats.

Molding Application: Composite floor mats. The typical structure is as follows:

Top Layer: Leather (or PVC synthetic leather, fabric), providing an attractive, wear-resistant, and easy-to-clean surface.

Middle layer: Foam (typically PVC foam, XPE/IXPE foam, EVA foam, etc.), providing cushioning, sound insulation, thermal insulation, and anti-slip properties.

Sometimes, an anti-slip backing fabric or a rubber dot-patterned layer is also laminated.

Core processes: Hot press molding or cold press lamination.

Hot press molding (mainstream process):

Process: Pre-cut leather (surface layer) and foam (base material) are stacked inside a mold. The mold is closed, and under heat (provided by built-in electric heating elements or oil heating) and high pressure, the foam undergoes plastic flow to fill the mold cavity while firmly bonding with the leather.

Advantages: Single-step molding, high efficiency, clear contours, adjustable foam density, and strong adhesion.
